Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Requirements:
Our inflatables are suitable for setup on various surfaces such as grass, concrete, or asphalt, provided the area is free of rocks, sticks, branches, debris, and pet waste. Please ensure that any in-ground sprinkler systems are not scheduled during the rental period. For locations without outdoor electrical outlets, we can supply a portable generator for an additional fee.
2. Indoor Setup and Weather Policy:
Our inflatables can be set up indoors with sufficient ceiling clearance. However, they cannot be used during adverse weather conditions like rain, lightning, thunderstorms, or high winds. If there’s a forecasted chance of rain exceeding 50%, you have the option to cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a refund or rain check. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel if inclement weather is imminent.In cases where customers insist on delivery despite adverse weather warnings, an additional fee of $75 will apply for drying charges to prepare the inflatable for use and avoid damage.
3. Why Choose Us:
We handle the entire process from delivery to setup, operation training, and takedown of our inflatables. While picking up equipment may seem cost-effective, consider the logistics of handling heavy units and ensuring safe operation. Our professional services ensure a hassle-free experience during your event.
4. What is our return policy?
“Inquire about our cleaning frequency! Our moonwalks are meticulously vacuumed and thoroughly wiped down with a clean and disinfectant after each rental. We prioritize your child’s safety and comfort in a clean and sanitized bounce house.
Please note that we are responsible for providing the rental items that are accessible for your water hose and extension cords to connect. If you require either of these or don’t have them, please address this during booking. Additional charges will apply: $10 for a water hose and $20 for extension cords.
Our rental operations follow a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing those who have reserved a rental and paid a deposit first.
Regarding premises liability, before Young @nd Funz Creations leaves the premises, we ensure that all inflatables are securely set up. Upon our departure, you (the customer) also agree to this safety measure. To prevent any injuries or damage, it is essential for an adult to be always present during the rental period. Young @nd Funz Creations cannot be held responsible for any damage or injuries.
