Payment Policy
Payments are Non-Refundable. In the event of a rental cancellation due to weather conditions, the decision is entirely at your discretion (we operate rain or shine!). Your payment can be applied as credit toward another rental within one year, akin to a rain check, ensuring that your funds are not lost.
To qualify for this credit, you must inform us of your weather-related cancellation before the rental items are delivered. Once our delivery team arrives on-site, rain checks will not be issued, and the rental must proceed as scheduled. Changes to the booking date or cancellations for reasons unrelated to inclement weather will result in the forfeiture of payment and possible rescheduling fees.
For online bookings with a ‘Start Time’ of 10 am or earlier, we typically deliver the day prior to your event. Likewise, for an ‘End Time’ of 6 pm or later, we typically retrieve the items the day after, all at no extra cost.
Our insurance meets all local park requirements, but there is a $99 processing fee to fulfill Parks Departments’ insurance prerequisites.

Delivery Rules:
- Delivery setup and pickup: $75
- Additional fees apply if you’re located outside of Jacksonville, FL or beyond a 30-mile radius. We charge $7 per mile one way or $1.75 per mile round trip twice for deliveries over 20 miles.
