You can reserve your event by completing the event request form on our contact page or by clicking the “Book” button next to the appropriate package description. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Absolutely! Outdoor setup is allowed as long as the rental area is flat and free of debris, with no dirt or gravel. However, if thunder is forecasted, we will not set up outside. In such cases, the equipment must either be moved or covered to prevent damage.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your event date. The booking fee will then be converted into a credit that can be used for another booking on a different date.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of the $100 booking fee credit, except in cases of inclement weather (refer to the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions).
A $100 booking fee is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of your event. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the booking fee.
We currently accept payments via PayPal and Cash App.
